Schedule

Sensory-friendly space + programming

We want every child to feel welcome. In collaboration with KUBO Family Learning Centre, Pasko! includes a dedicated sensory space provided by Autism Family Friends (AFF), sensory friendly story time, arts and crafts, and a dedicated sensory Hour — offering a lower-stimulation environment for children who need it.

Mini Vendor Market

Browse local vendors all afternoon featuring Filipino goods, crafts, and holiday treats.

Craft Workshops

Get hands-on with Filipino holiday traditions:

  • Parol Making with KUBO - create your own traditional Filipino Christmas lantern

  • Baybayin Workshop with Sulat Collective — learn the ancient pre-colonial Filipino script

Dedicated sensory hours are built into the schedule for neurodiverse children and families.

Keepsake Photo

A photographer will be on site so families can capture a festive keepsake photo.

Storytime and Author Readings

Enjoy holiday storytime and readings featuring Filipino-Canadian children's author Stephanie Sy and more authors to be announced at a later date.

Pop-Up Book Fair

In collaboration with Alala Books, browse a curated table of holiday gift-book selections — a great chance to find Filipino and Filipino-Canadian titles for the young readers in your life.

Taglog Choir Performance

The St. Patrick’s Parish Choir will perform Tagalog Christmas songs and hymns.

Sari-Sari Store

Step into a nostalgic pop-up recreation of a Filipino corner store — a beloved fixture of everyday life in the Philippines, brought to life for the afternoon.

Food & Beverage

Enjoy light food and drink reflecting Filipino Noche Buena traditions from Goldilocks.

Tickets: Free
Reservations required for craft stations

General admission is free but registration is required — includes the vendor market, story time, choir performance, and Sari-Sari Store.

Craft stations (parol-making, Baybayin) are ticketed. Reservations are required for craft stations (parol making, baybayin) so we have enough crafts for all children.

As we expect this free event to sell out quickly, we encourage you to RSVP as soon as possible.
