Tomaio is a second-generation Filipinx-Canadian, genderfluid, and plant-based musician raised on Kwikwetlem territories (also known as Port Coquitlam, British Columbia). For them, music is the playground of expression and reflection of what their five-year-old self could have wanted and what their 95-year-old self aspires to be: unconditional tenderness and a minimalist, three-outfit wardrobe lolo who can play music for anyone that feels lost.
